Hakuba Happou-Onsen

Hakuba-Happo Onsen is a hot spring resort located in the western part of Hakuba-mura, Nagano, the foot of the every quarter ridge and is right under white horse Yarigatake (2,903m) of the Northern Alps, and there is the source in the Minamimata side right bank.
The hot spring gushing out through the serpentine stratum which is the geologic characteristic of the every quarter ridge is a water-clear alkali simple spring. When there is an effect (peeling effect) to drop a surface dirt and keratin of the skin in a strong alkaline hot spring and really soaks in hot water, skin becomes smooth immediately.
